Dough Nuts!
An evil mad scientist has kidnapped a bus full of children, and is going to drop them off the edge of a cliff. The president has called upon 2-4 of the world's finest bakers (that's you!) to make a pile of doughnuts under the bus before time runs out, thus cushioning their fall and saving the day.
The players must work together to help save the children, but they'll all be vying to make the most money in the process. If the kids are saved, then whoever has the most money at the end is declared the winner! However, if the pile comes up short, the kids fall to a horrible flaming death and everyone loses.
Three cards from the game
Dough Nuts! is a fast-paced card game for 2-4 players. It takes about 10 minutes to learn from scratch (less if someone's played before and is teaching others), and runs for 20-40 minutes. The base set is all you'll need - it's not a CCG. You'll want to have some counters handy for keeping track of money (we've found that pennies work well). The game is aimed at adult players, but players as young as 12-13 will likely be able to pick it up and enjoy it.
