So, calling this a "FAQ" is probably erroneous at this point, since nobody's actually asked these questions. But, we figure that these will probably get asked if we don't answer them, so here goes...

What's the deal with the µ?

It's the greek character "mu". It's pronounced "micro", as in "µs". In SI, it refers to 1/1,000,000th of something. When reading our name, pronounce it "MicroTime Games". On paper, though, we're actually "uTime Games, Inc." (Something about not being allowed to use greek letters in our company name - if anyone asks, it's a stylized 'u'.)

Why is the swag on a different website from the games?

In order to reduce the amount of on-hand inventory usually required for selling swag, we've decided to go with an on-demand printer, in this case CafePress. This makes our lives easier, as well as ensures that you'll always get the freshest swag available, in exactly the size you need.

How do I get in touch with you?

What are your shipping policies and procedures?

We ship everything via USPS Priority Mail. If you'd like it shipped some other way, please contact us via email at sales@utimegames.com. Also, if you're buying more than $70 worth of merchandise from us, we'll need to work with you to determine an accurate shipping amount - we'll email you when we process your order to get that settled. We're looking into better options for our website ordering system to better account for shipping costs in these cases.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. The games are packaged in bubble-wrap where appropriate, so you can be sure you'll recieve a pristine copy, ready to play. They should arrive within 3-7 business days of your order. Unfortunately, the USPS does not provide tracking numbers or insurance on standard Priority Mail. What is your return policy?

If you need to return a product, you must first contact us at sales@utimegames.com. If we randomly recieve a returned product in the mail, we won't know what to do with it if we're not expecting it, so this step is required.

Unopened products in saleable condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. We are the final arbiters of what constitutes "saleable". Refunds will be issued via PayPal, because that's all the infrastructure we have at the moment.

Opened, defective products can be exchanged within 21 days of purchase. You'll have to cover shipping costs to us, unfortunately, but we'll be sure to include a little something extra to help offset that.

No other returns will be accepted.
