PseudoQuest
In PseudoQuest, players take on the role of an intrepid adventurer in a humorous fantasy RPG setting. Utilizing such weapons as the Moderately Sharp Playing Card, or the Overly Long Sword, players set out on various quests, defeating monsters such as the lowly Green Slime, the ever-so-annoying Fairy's Godmother, or even a rather Bleak Dragon.

PseudoQuest is a game you play right in your web browser! The game is designed as a "casual MMORPG". In normal-speak, it's just an online game where you can meet people, kill stuff, and go questing, all designed so that it doesn't take over your life like those other MMO's. It does require a pretty modern web browser to work - we recommend trying Opera for the best overall experience. Any other modern browser should work, too, though - even on the Mac or under Linux!
PseudoQuest is FREE to play! Just head on over to http://www.pseudoquest.com and create an account. If you put "Xaroth" as the person that referred you, you'll even get a special in-game treat!
If you like the game, you can buy Gold in the game and use it to buy aesthetic improvements and customizations. Maybe it'll be a new outfit for your character, or maybe it'll be an entire new look and feel for the site itself! Plus, every Gold purchase helps to support keeping the game running, ensuring it'll continue to be kept free to play forever.
PseudoQuest is still under active development (ie, we're still working out the minor kinks and adding new stuff), but is fully playable in its current form. A healthy knowledge of gamer culture can help with the jokes, but you don't have to be a gamer to appreciate the fun. If you enjoy casual web games and like to laugh, we highly recommend trying it out!
